refund policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
There will be no refunds or exchanges unless the vessel arrives damaged.
If you receive a damaged item, use the contact form to process a refund or replacement. Please attach photos within 48 hours of receiving for replacement or a refund. Thank you!
Please double check your address as yōnggi is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender", yōnggi is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We will be happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.
Please be aware that yōnggi is not responsible for delayed transit times and damaged products once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times and what happens during transit. Should your package become delayed, lost or arrive damaged, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.
Any and all "return to sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship. Once packages leaves our studio it's no longer our responsibility.
